I guide you through the yoga positions (asanas), adapted to your pace and your wishes.
All you need is a yoga mat and your own environment, a blanket and comfortable clotes.

Practicing Yoga -
No matter where, no matter when

The best thing about it is that you can do your e-yoga classes directly with your teacher on vacation, on a business trip or simply from home.

Connect to your laptop or mobile phone and dive into the yoga world. Very flexible at your own pace.

Find your inner center

When you are centered, you accept both your negative and positive feelings. You don't fight your feelings.Once you've found your emotional balance, use your feelings as a compass for your life. Your feelings are then signal transmitters that make you aware of your own needs or limits. Instead of feeling overwhelmed by feelings, you live in harmony with them.

In this cours, you will learn how you can strengthen your inner center with practical exercises and find your inner center again.

A few recommendations

Yoga practice is done on an empty stomach – it is not recommended to eat at least 2 - 3 hours before the practice,

and in any case not to drink during the practice.

If you take your phone, please turn it off; please do not take pictures, especially not of the other students.I

f you are late for class, listen briefly

Please let the teacher know if you have an acute or chronic injury.

Keep it simple – you will only need a mat and some rather tight-fitting sports clothes(recomended to wear coton clotes) for the practice.
