My journey here on this planet began in Bosnia and Herzegovina, where I lived and grew up until I was 21 years old. From an early age, I always wondered why all this exists and what the meaning of it all is. To be honest, I've never found a decent answer, even though I've convinced myself many times that the meaning of life is found in success, events, or awards. But when I reached what thought was my purpose in life and achieved it, I found myself the happiest person in world. Of course, when I obtained that something, it still wasn't enough; it wasn’t the pleasure I expected. So my journey continued to Croatia, where I lived and worked for a year, with my path eventually leading me to Germany.
On journey, between Croatia and Germany, I began to realize that everything is possible; we just need to wish for it and see it in front of our eyes. It's so important that we can create our own destiny. If only I were the driver. As I fell under the slavery of the astonished system, I lost myself a little. Stagnation doesn't have to mean we don't move.
At the age of 32, I realized that even if try and don't see results, it doesn't mean that we aren't moving forward. The right and true steps are the most important; they blossom one day and overnight. If we think that a flower will bloom without watering, fertilizing the soil, and providing enough sunlight, we are terribly mistaken. This is where my deepening into the topic of life itself began, leading me to understand that the meaning life doesn't matter; life itself is meaningful as it is. I came to the realization that everything about our body—breathing, behavior, perception—is important.
How sensitively and carefully we observe ourselves, listen to our bodies, and what we in terms of habits that can enslave us. This is where my observation began, learning to use the body not as "myself," but as a stepping stone to elevate this being into the possible dimension. I graduated from my yoga school in 2024 as a teacher. Before that, I attended other Yoga Krya courses, which inspired me to become a yoga teacher, above all, to learn more about humanity I also visited the famous Indian Yogi Sadhguru, an Indian mystic, who has helped me and been my guiding light in my search for answers over the past few years. I've only just begun researching the manual, and I will never stop as long as I'm alive. I look forward to sharing my experience with you.
My name is Dijana Anic, and I am the mother of a beautiful boy. All of this would not be possible without my husband. My journey continues in the broadest light, and I desire to take you with me so that together we may build ourselves and reach the Divine.
