I’ve grown a great deal as a yoga teacher during the past twelve months. Most of that growth has come, not only from listening to each student’s feedback, but also from observing each student’s body in a pose. I’ve learned that young or old, every body is different. Sometimes adding a simple prop like a block or blanket can raise the earth and make a pose possible where it wasn’t before.

Astanga yoga

Advance Yoga technique

It's Fast Paced and Repetitive.
Every Ashtanga Yoga class is
comprised of a sequence of
poses that are done in the
same order each time. The 90
minute class always begins
with 10 Sun Salutations to get
your body moving and warm,
followed by a standing
sequence, and seated
sequence, and a closing
sequnce.

Hatha Yoga

Intermediate to advanced
classes requires a strong
knowledge of form and
alignment to keep your body
safe. It requires understanding
how far you can push your
body, when you need extra
support, and when you need
to slow down. Now is the time
to push yourself mindfully

Meditation

In meditation as well as in mindfulness training, it is about training the mind and perception. The state of deep relaxation that can arise from meditation has a variety of positive effects on health. Regular meditation has many benefits: The ancient practice is said to reduce stress, enhance concentration, and improve physical and mental health when practiced long-term.

A few recommendations

Yoga practice is done on an empty stomach – it is not recommended to eat at least 2 - 3 hours before the practice,

and in any case not to drink during the practice.

If you take your phone, please turn it off; please do not take pictures, especially not of the other students.I

f you are late for class, listen briefly

Please let the teacher know if you have an acute or chronic injury.

Keep it simple – you will only need a mat and some rather tight-fitting sports clothes(recomended to wear coton clotes) for the practice.
